Set fee structures by class, add discounts and instalments, and let Gurukul raise invoices. Parents see what is due, what is paid and download every receipt as a PDF. Your office sees the collections the moment they come in.
Teachers check in with a selfie from the school premises, on their own phone only. Late marks, leaves and advances flow into monthly payroll, and every teacher gets a payslip in the app.
Parents download an app with your school's name, logo and colours, not ours. And on festivals the app icon on their phone quietly changes: a diya for Diwali, colours for Holi, a star for Christmas. Small touches parents notice.
